“The two front desk ladies I spoke with, Tanya and Amanda, seemed to know nothing. Perhaps some additional training for those two as the only answers or resolutions offered were to wait and talk to their manager the next morning. Also, the hotel was overbooked - we paid for a king plus sofa bed and they put us in a hearing impaired room that was incredibly dirty - there was sticky residue on the nightstand, it looked as though the room was thrown together last minute with the oldest furniture in……

“Room was clean, beds comfortable, good sized tv. Shower pressure was good, water was hot, drained properly. Breakfast buffet was pretty decent, eggs, biscuits & gravy, sausages; waffles, bagels, bread/toast, oatmeal, cold cereal, oj and coffee. We did not get to use the pool during our visit but it looked decent. Only issues we had was our door sticking and making it tough to open, my husband didn't care for the floors - he prefers carpet, and one day of our stay the breakfast area was too full……

“I can say that this is the best motel we’ve ever stayed at. The price was good. The location was excellent. They had breakfast and they even had free dessert in the evening. It was centrally located close to everything. It was super clean and the staff bent over backwards to make sure that you were getting what you needed. Lots of parking and flat areas too enough for our 8 x 10 trailer. Quiet as off the main road by a couple blocks. I would absolutely stay here again and again and again. ……

“It's not convenient to eat, the carpet is too old and has a peculiar smell...otherwise it's ok”

“The room was clean and comfortable even though it was tiny. The staff was friendly and helpful. The building is very charming. We didn't get a chance to eat at the restaurant on site but we did order drinks at the bar and enjoyed them on the patio which was lovely. The only negative thing I have to say is that the entire building has an odor that is very off putting. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.”

“Great place to stay for a few days to explore Branson. The pool was under renovation and even though the room was amazing.. it was missing a full mirror.. ladies need this.. Also the tub had a hose that leaked.. otherwise great area quiet and safe..”
