The hotel was located close to many of the tourist attractions. When we arrived we were met by a warm welcome and were shown to our room. The rooms were spacious and lovely and warm. The hotel was quiet too. The breakfast each morning was delicious and there were many different options to cater for all.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Prague.
I liked that the Hotel Lily was short walking distance to the main square, but was situated on a quiet street. The suite was spacious and clean. Breakfast was included and they had several options to choose from. Staff was friendly and would not hesitate to stay there again.
Very quaint, clean and comfortable property. Staff was helpful and breakfast each morning in the courtyard was a nice treat. Safe neighborhood just down the street from the US embassy. Walkable to everything. Highly recommend.
Upon checking in Martina the receptionist upgraded us to the premium duplex 2 bedroom suite since the original room had issues. This was such a nice surprise. First time ever that we stayed in a place similar to a condo (everything except a kitchen and laundry room). It was very spacious, quiet, clean, nicely located within walking distance to all the main attractions. The daily breakfast was wonderful, with nice variety. Accommodated all of our wants, and simply loved our stay.
The hotel most importantly was very clean. We booked a superior room and for the money it was a good deal. The bathroom and shower space was very roomy. The breakfast was very good. The staff helped arrange both a sightseeing tour ( which the tour guide was extremely knowledgeable) and a cab ride to the airport as well as recommending locally restaurants.
Anna was extremely welcoming and informative upon my arrival. Her colleague set-up a rude to the airport for my departure. I declined housekeeping, but the room was spic and span clean when I entered. Breakfast was plentiful and diverse. Location was quiet, but close enough to walk to many wonderful sites. Very highly recommended!
Alloggio molto grande e comodo per una famiglia di 4 persone. Colazione super. A pochi passi dal castello e dal ponte carlo. Ottima sistemazione: a piedi siamo andati ovunque.
This is an exceptionally beautiful hotel. It was like inhabiting an early Italian Renaissance painting and the staff are geniuses at anticipating your needs. The bed was wonderfully comfortable and is it my imagination or was the bathroom floor heated?…I was very tired when I arrived so maybe I imagined that part but my feet were never cold in the bathroom lol. Exceptional place - I will surely return.
This hotel is a gem. Extremely clean, charming, and the front desk ladies have been extremely courteous and helpful. The room has smart electronic things for lighting and temporature control and is charmingly decorated and spacious. Breakfast set up is beautiful, healthy, and delicious. I highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again.
There was 4 of us traveling and we had a very stressful day maneuvering the trains from Germany to Prague and I was stressed and tired. We finally make it to U Bile lilie and it was so wonderful. The girl at the front desk (forgive me for not remembering her name, I was so tired) was so nice. She made sure our keys worked, showed us around the property and even gave us some restaurant suggestions. She was wonderful after a long day.
The room itself was HUGE! And really comfortable. And I think the bathroom was probably bigger than my first apartment. And the best part? The very best part? The floors in the giant bathroom are heated. And there's a big soaking tub. It was cold and rainy while we were in Prague and coming back to heated floors and a giant tub was amazing.
The breakfast was very delicious and pleasant and everyone in the entire property was really friendly. It was also right in the middle of everything we wanted to see. A short walk to the castle, a short walk to the bridge, a short walk to the awesome faceless baby statues and the Kafka museum, and it's really close to a ton of great shopping and restaurants. It's a perfect place in a perfect neighborhood. I would definitely recommend it when you go to Prague.
