「Excelente hotel.... atendimento excepcional, todos muito simpáticos, prestativos com menção especial a Rosa que nos orientou desde como solucionar um problema de multa de trânsito a sugestões de passeios, restaurantes. O café da manhã top com ovos mexidos preparados na hora, suco de laranja natural, pães frescos, etc... Voltaremos com certeza....melhor estadia que tivemos.」

「El apartamento es perfecto en el Centro de Vigo, el único pero es que no te puedes acercar en coche para descargar la maleta pero el esto es perfecto.」

「Very modern hotel with excellent breakfast (not included like every other hotel in Galicia. Interesting lighting arrangement in the hallways. Plenty of electrical outlets; we counting 9 in the room with 3 in the bathroom alone. Pablo, at the front desk was VERY helpful with dinning options and sightseeing ideas.」

「Local excelente, perto dos pontos turísticos, pertinho da estação de trem e de ônibus, localizados dentro do Shopping moderno. Café da manhã muito bom, porém só existia uma pessoa para atender os hóspedes,dificultando a reposição dos alimentos. Falei esse assunto com a Gerente, infelizmente não me atendeu bem, pois os quatros dias que passamos lá o atendimento era o mesmo. O atendimento da recepção foi excelente!!! 」

「The staff was nos friendly . Reception service was bad and not transparent with us. She said the room that I booked was directly by Expedia and not to be accommodate to better position even I booked executive room . Sorry I will not recommend to my friend o family. 」
