「This was a beautiful place that combined the new and old. Loved the mirror in the bathroom in our room which was an old window with the glass replaced by a mirror. The headboard of the bed was a door that had lights attached to it. Don't get me started about the breakfast, it was fantastic. Wonderful staff that was so friendly.」

「Was a lovely room with extremely nice and helpful staff. Bed was comfortable, shower clean and hot, everything thought of. Breakfast was amazing. Central location with parking on street outside, loved the boat trip to Berlenga. Will recommend hotel to anyone.」

「Hotel perfecto para una estancia e Peniche, habitaciones amplias y limpias con balcón. Acceptan perros y eso es un plus. Tienen piscina exterior e interior, gimnasio, restaurante, bar. Personal bastante amable y profesional. Desayuno bueno y variado. Justo frente a la playa. Si queréis hacer surf, tienen en el mismo hotel una escuela. Es muy práctico ya que se a desde el hotel directo en la playa para practicar. Muy recomendable.」

「Cute spot with friendly staff. Rooms are small yet well designed. Like that there’s a restaurant on property and easy parking on the street. One thing that was challenging is that there seems to not be any noise insulation, you can hear noise in the hallway and there was a door that sounded like it was being slammed in the afternoon and morning. Thankfully things quieted down at night, so it didn’t affect our sleep, but something to note if you are sensitive to this.」

「Das Silver Seahorse ist wirklich eine kleine, feine Oase. Der Gastgeber, Olaf, ist sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit, freundlich und ist wirklich ein guter Gastgeber. Das Frühstück ist vielseitig und sehr lecker, top Qualität. Wir konnten uns vor Ort (gegen Gebühr) e-Bikes ausleihen, was wirklich toll war, um die Gegend zu erkunden!」

「It’s probably a nice place for a longer stay. But for us just for a day it made no sense, I thought I was getting a hotel at the beachfront close to Obidos, it’s more of a vacation village 25 min drive from Obidos. There’s a hotel but we were in a townhomes - took a while to find it and figure it out, there’s a separate reception (not easy to find for someone who’s never been there). The townhomes are nice but when it says it’s beachfront… it’s more like a “short walk” to the beach… more like a...
