We had a great casino night at the house and it could not have been smoother. Great communication with us during the whole stay. Cant wait till next year to come back.”

“We were needing a 2 night stay near brenham and when we compared rates of hotels versus this cottage, we decided to stay here. Super cute, quiet, and very welcoming. Loved the amenities and especially loved the claw foot tub. Suzy thought of everything you need when you are home away from home. OJ, kuerig coffee and plenty of pods, muffins are available. “This property was booked a week before. The day after booking, I was notified that a cleaning fee had not been properly added and it was expected to be paid. I asked to cancel and was told no. I then spent the next week dealing with VRBO and the property management company about the fee. I spent HOURS on the phone. It was a HORRIBLE experience. The property management company insisted the fee be paid even though VRBO said it wasn’t allowed to be added after the fact. The customer service reps I……

“It was just the right size and the pool was lovely. Only thing was the heater for the pool wasn’t working. It was so hot and the water was the perfect temp. It was not an issue. Also although it had only 1 & 1/2 bath it was still not a problem for us. We would definitely stay again.”

“The house was very clean and set up well for an extended stay. All four bedrooms are upstairs. Quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay, and with some traffic it was about 15 min from downtown Katy. I would stay there again next time we are in the Katy area.”
