"The location of the hotel was excellent, making the entire town walkable. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The free water and cookies through the day was a nice touch and saved my family a lot of money when filling our water bottles. The breakfast that was included was nicely done and I especially liked the 4 medallion size waffle option instead of one huge waffle. There was always plenty of parking and the proximity to areas of interest is much better than staying in a bigger town like Rapid City."

"Great location! We enjoyed this as our home base, although we weren't there very long. The ladder to the loft was a little.. iffy. I would suggest at least some railing or a handle to hold on to going up and down. The water from the faucets smelled a bit like eggs for some reason. Could have been just the way water in Keystone is, I don't know. Grill and fire pit were great and the AC was nice! Host was responsive throughout answering questions. And again.. it was right in the heart of the black Hills which was great"

"My husband and I spent 2 nights in this cozy and clean cabin. Everything is as the pictures show. Becky was extremely helpful with suggestions of things to do in the area. We rented ATVs that were right on site and she guided us through a GPS APP that was very helpful on the trail. They even have coolers available to pack a picnic lunch. Great service, location for Custer State Park, comfortable beds and sheets, an all around 5 stars."

"Location, Location, Location! This is close to all the sights that we wanted to visit! Home was clean and we found it as described in the listing. Couple things to note: navigating the stairs from the upstairs bedroom at night can be tricky. There’s a nightlight, and a handrail but the last few steps do not have a handrails. Upstairs bedroom has a skylight with no shade, so don’t plan on sleeping in too late! Beds were comfortable, towels were not too absorbent. We had 6 adults and an infant and had all we needed for comforts of home!"
