"Check in was efficient. We parked right in front of our lodge unit. Unit was small but all we needed for one night. Our lodge required climbing up a flight of outdoor steps - not even. Check with lodge office if you have any mobility concerns. Onsite restaurant was very good for both dinner and breakfast. Upon check-in, we even received a $15 voucher good at the onsite restaurant. Room was clean and had all required amenities. Finally, it was a short drive to Mt Rushmore."

"My husband and I spent 2 nights in this cozy and clean cabin. Everything is as the pictures show. Becky was extremely helpful with suggestions of things to do in the area. We rented ATVs that were right on site and she guided us through a GPS APP that was very helpful on the trail. They even have coolers available to pack a picnic lunch. Great service, location for Custer State Park, comfortable beds and sheets, an all around 5 stars."

"We had a great stay. Minor complaints - I think the pictures can be a touch misleading because the pool is a short walk from cabin, although this wasn't a huge deal but I think a description under it clearly stating its a shared pool in a centrally located spot would help. We had some mouse droppings in some of the cabinets and understand there is a lot of wildlife around the are but this was overlooked by the cleaning people prior to our check in. I would also recomment that more pest control be done since we could hear mice at night. The internet was listed for one of their networks but it was very slow, we discovered there was another network by a similar name that was much faster. The light switches were a little confusing as well. The bedroom overhead light was controlled by a switch near the sliding door in the living room which was quite a ways away from the actual bedroom. I'd suggest having labels under the switches. All in all we had a great time and it was a nice place and centrally located to everything. Lana was great with communication!"
