Lovely stay again … our coastal view room was as it said and very comfortable.. was lovely to go to sleep hearing the waves crashing in !!! Staff again are excellent very friendly and helpful. Which ever room you stay in, you have a beautiful view whether it being the sea view or the Welsh mountains. The hotel is spotless and the food was beautiful. All the staff are very friendly and make you so welcome. Definitely will be booking again very soon.

Absolutely loved it, used to lived in Prestatyn 20 years ago, I go back a few times a year to visit my best friend but this was a trip for me and my partner to reminisce over the past because he spent time in Towyn at his caravan home as a kid. Perfect location, very reasonably priced, breakfast was lovely with various options, the pool was lovely and very quiet. I honestly can’t fault anything about this hotel and we are already planning our next visit. Thank you to all the staff for making this such a pleasant experience.

Lovely stay for my wife's birthday. Had afternoon tea which was very good and evening meal and breakfast were excellent. Room was small but adequate. Only criticism was that it was very warm and the window didn't open. If I stayed again would book a with a sea view but overall it was a very nice stay

Our second visit and if anything it was better than our first trip which was excellent.. the hotel and parking are really lovely and all the staff were again very friendly and helpful and a credit to the hotel .. superb breakfast run like clockwork by Sue everything freshly cooked from a lovely menu We were allocated a lovely triple room but as my 89 yr old mum would have struggled with the over bath shower the lovely staff were quick to sort the problem out with another room with walk in shower well done to you all for a thoroughly enjoyable stay .. we will return
