「Location is great. Studio is cozy, but very well equipped. We were two friends in our 60’s and used the bed and the sofa bed. The water pressure in the shower was excellent. Our only issue was lack of counter space in the bathroom. The sink has a very skinny edge and the shelving unit above the toilet has shelves that are not solid. So for women, it was a challenge to find room for your bathroom products and hair tools. But that is a minor issue! 」

「Tom was great. Communicated well both before and during our stay, offered local things for us to do. Property was nice, and quiet. My only downside is the stairs to get to and from the parking. For those of us who are limited mobility having that in the description or a photo so were aware would be helpful. 「The rental was very, very dirty. The sheets were stained, torn, and covered in dog hair. The floors and furniture had similar issues. There was a partially broken large art piece (about 2 x 6 feet) above the bed that was coming apart and appeared that it would fall on the bed at any moment. When I reached out to the host regarding the dirty sheets issue, the host did not respond timely. We had to vacate the property due its unsanitary condition and book a hotel late at night at further expense....
