「Very clean room. Very punctual and responsive property management company. The property is large and amenities close by. Mercer island is wooded and gorgeous; however, the streets are steep and hilly. Be advised that it isn’t a quick walk to the LRT station. It would probably take 30-40 minutes to walk to the station. The restaurant area is nice, but be advised lots of places close early (8-9pm) due to the islands primarily residential compliment.」

Be careful climbing the ladder to the bed as the ceiling is about 3’ high when you get to the top. The location is really good. It was clean. Definitely not a place I’d rent again.」

「This was the perfect home for our week-long summer vacation. My husband and I were traveling with elderly parents and accessibility and comfort is key. When we had a question about the temperature in the home being too cold, host responded timely and was able to help, we appreciated the good communication. We were already familiar with the area so this find was amazing. 20-30 min drive to any sightseeing. Market, coffeeshop, parks, and a produce farm for fresh berry picking right up the street....
