bluebell cottage is te perfect location for walks, especially for dog owners. Although not many facilities in the village, Garstang is not far in a car and this charming market town has many cafes, restaurants, again nice walks. The neighbours in the surrounding village were very friendly, and the owners of the cottage were lovely to deal with. The cottage was well equipped, clean and cosy. a perfect retreat.

What a wonderful place to stay, a snap of paradise.

What a wonderful place to stay, a snap of paradise. So peaceful tranquil and relaxing. Please don't visit if you are expecting buzzing night life. But please visit if you want to relax and enjoy the wonders of the environment. The walks are great. The cottage is an old Mill workers cottage so please don't expect modernity but do expect a cosy warm and comfortable place to stay. The owners are fantastic as are the neighbours who are very friendly and helpful. We will be going back.

Totally loved Bluebell Cottage.

Totally loved Bluebell Cottage. We really wanted to get away from the rat race and the cottage gave us that. There are great shops in Garstang and a big Sainsbury’s. It was also a great base for us to travel out from, we finally made it to Whitby Abbey. We would definitely recommend it for those in love with a quieter way of living, those who love nature and for those keen to walk. The owners are lovely and the neighbours are great, so friendly. We loved it.
