"Le Gîte de Peyrel"
The experience of an art of living and the meeting of a vineyard.
Immersion in the vineyard near Bergerac in the Rosette AOC appellation.
The colours of the gîte evoke the colours of Peyrel wines, from ochre to deep red.
The materials are natural, wood, terracotta floor tiles, lime walls and "bricoux" and in harmony with a vineyard labelled "BIO".
Typical Dordogne house "Périgourdine" in stone and bricoux from the 17th century of 150 M².
The house has been entirely renovated and comprises three bedrooms en suite, a living room, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen.
Two terraces, one covered, a plancha and a heated swimming pool of 12m x 4m. Bicycles are available.

Amazing
Just returned from 10 days at this property. Quite easily the best accommodation we have stayed at in France. Frank is a fantastic host and very accommodating. Communication and check in was simple. The house and pool are absolutely impeccable. Designed and renovated to an extremely high standard. Everything was spotless on arrival and had everything you could possibly need. I really can’t recommend this highly enough. Hoping to return very soon.

Vacances réussies
Magnifique gîte rénové avec des matériaux de qualité et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. La piscine est grande et dispose d'une pool house agréable.
La région permet de faire des excursions très intéressantes (région des mille châteaux).
Frank est présent sur place et disponible si nécessaire. C'est un hôte agréable, qui est fier de son gîte et de son vignoble. N'hésitez pas à lui demander une dégustation des vins bio du Château de PEYREL (La ROSETTE est une belle découverte).
Une location, que je conseille à tous.

Serenity at the Vineyard
Wonderful property set in a peaceful location on the grounds of Chateau de Peyrel which produces some truly excellent wines. You get to try these at your leisure as there is a well stocked wine bar at the property. The host Franck made us feel very welcome and was always available if we had any questions, it was also nice to be greeted by his dogs on our arrival. The interior design of the cottage is amazing and has all the amenities you could want or need for a relaxing break. We also got to take a walk through the Vineyard and enjoy the surrounding views. Bergerac is only 15 minutes by car there are more local shops, cafes, bars in Ginestet, La Force or Pregonruix all within 5 minute drive. We hope to return in the future, merci bien Franck!
