「The room was fine but staff were not friendly, especially the morning staff who was rude and not at all helpful with the breakfast buffet. She yelled at someone trying to find something for their coffee in the refrigerator and there seemed to be a problem with pancake or waffle batter. She then stormed out without helping anyone. I decided to leave at that point without breakfast.」

「The room is clean and quiet. We had a room with a kitchenette and a washer/dryer which was helpful! Although there is a laundromat across the street. The location is walkable to everything and we had a great view. Our key card stopped working at least once a day which was frustrating. The exterior of the hotel is very dated, but it adds to the Prince Rupert charm. Breakfast was good and we appreciated that it was included, The gym has been renovated and was a great space to work out in. ...
