"I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a vacation home in Chincoteague. The sunsets from the dock were beautiful and we were constantly surprised by the little features, from the tiki bar, to the pool, to the charming decor. We hope to be back next September."

"We had a wonderful time with an exceptional view of the lighthouse. The upper deck was amazing where we decided to say our vows. Our stay had the purpose of getting married but it was extra special with the comfort of the house and time spent with family. Thank you so much for making our special day so much more special. "We stayed at this beautiful little home during spring break. The view was stunning! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. It is located right on the water and we could see the ponies on Assateague shores. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We walked or biked everywhere we needed to go. I highly recommend this stay!"

"The house was a great location right by the bay with kayaks and bicycles to use. Convenient to both Chincoteague, a half hour drive to the refuge and Assoteague within 45 minutes. Watched the Wallops rocket launch from the balcony. House was very clean and the renovation was well done down to the detail. The kitchen facilitated everything we needed for daily meals. The neighborhood is quiet and quaint. A great experience for our whole family."

"Had an Awsome 8 days , views were amazing from just about everywhere in the house. Fishing was good from dock, crabbing was slow, a little late in the season. Beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The restaurant just down the street had very good food, especially the fish tacos. No issues at all during our stay. Beautiful club house, indoor pool and golf course."
