For an older hotel / motel it is good condition. The winning portion of the stay was the Staff; Thanks! Easy check in and out. For a quick stay at a reasonable price in a good location, they are on my list for future stays when I'm in the area.

Had a double bed room (2 people), a bit on the small size considering, Not a fan of the mandatory deposit, I guess too many people take the towels? Clean room ample shower supplies. Overall positive experience.

No amenities whatsoever. I didn't even see laundry but you would think it would be here. Staff not the friendliest. Good budget hotel with lots of stores and restaurants. A few new, nice ones also. Fridge and microwave is a plus. Nothing else. No breakfast, nothing.
