Property was clean and there was plenty of bed space. However, the unit is set up very poorly so the room with the most space and beds was inaccessible for most of our group. The spiral stairs to the top large space are very narrow and challenging to get even a small suitcase up into the room. The stairs also pose a challenge for tall people as it was very easy to hit your head on the edge of the open stairs if you were not paying attention. The air conditioner worked very well on the first night but that was all. Was pretty warm the rest of the time. The outside of the property was very poorly kept. Front had dead trees and piles of dead leaves right in front of the space available to park. Neighborhood was not very clean and would not recommend being out alone at night. I would not rent this place again.
