"Nice place for one person. Laundry amenity nice, decent kitchenette area, bedroom area nice and comfortable. Location is good. Need instructions (network and password) on getting online in the location. Never got welcome text with that info."

"Location was really good, we had to contact the owner for key pad code the day before we arrived, we had paid the full amount when we booked which is unusual as we use VRBO on a regular basis. The key for the pool arrived 2 days before we left. We will continue to use VRBO to come to Princeville, but not this property "

"We noticed a smell in the bathroom, the rest of the place was great. I’m not sure why we had remove trash. That seems like a job for the housekeeper/cleaning person. Otherwise staff was great and over all your home was comfortable! We would absolutely stay again"
