Welcome to Pali Ke Kua 207 by Gather in Princeville, located on the beautiful North Shore of Kauai. This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo, ideal for couples and small families, offers a comfortable and recently updated stay with breathtaking views of the ocean and gardens.

As you enter the condo, you'll find a welcoming living room, Hawaiian-themed artwork, and a large TV. The newly renovated space features fresh paint, wood floors, and new furniture. For those who like to stay active, there's a dedicated workout corner equipped with a yoga mat and a Peloton bike, perfect for exercising with an ocean view. The living room extends to a spacious lanai, where you can enjoy fresh sea breezes and lovely views. If you prefer dining indoors without missing the view, the window-surrounded dining area lets you enjoy meals with an ocean backdrop. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking, featuring new cabinets, appliances, and a dishwasher, along with a breakfast bar for quick meals.

The primary bedroom is a peaceful retreat with a new King-size bed, garden views from a large window, and vaulted ceilings that enhance the room's openness. It also features a new smart TV. Amazing view, perfect size

My partner and I stayed here for a week. Waking up the the ocean view was so wonderful. The condo has everything you need. It was a great spot to make day trips to Hanalei or go east to Kilauea. Note that this place does not have AC if that’s important to you. We loved our stay.

Perfect paradise getaway!

The condo was perfect for our stay and exactly as listed. Very nicely updated, also very clean and extremely quiet and private. Loved having the ocean overlook and close proximity to beach walkway. Good proximity to a lot of what we wanted to do in Kauai. Even the longer drive to Kapaa and Poipu was manageable and easy! We also loved being so close to cute downtown Hanalei -- with great shops, beaches and restaurants! Make sure to stop at Tiki Iniki for a great Mai Tai and other cool cocktail options -- right around the corner from the condo. You will not be disappointed staying here!

Clean and updated condo.

Clean and updated condo. Manger was easy to communicate with and super helpful. Easy access to the beach but a steep climb. Afternoon heat can be challenge, but if manage the window coverings it will help. Highly recommend.

Complete Relaxation

Simply amazing. Not a single complaint. Watched sunsets, surfers, birds, even a whale from our balcony. Swam with turtles, snorkeled, hiked the rocks… just down the path. The constant breeze was wonderful as was the rain. So much to do without driving anywhere. Yet doing nothing was perfect as well. We had everything we needed in this home away from home. Mahalo!!

Amazing rental and location

Rental location was excellent for snorkeling enthusiasts. Only a small hike down to a very secluded beach with corals a few feet from the shore. Hike up is a workout but well worth it! The property had everything we needed for our vacation. We didn’t even have to use any of the toiletries that we packed! Great rental and would recommend. Mahalo to Sophia for being available to answer our questions before and during our vacation!

Wonderful Stay!

Property is amazing and well appointed. Would stay again. Just make sure you are aware the condo does not have air conditioning. Some afternoons, even with the fans on and windows open, it was warm.
