「We had a wonderful stay in Progreso! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. One of the best parts was the beautiful beach view — waking up and seeing the ocean was amazing! We also really enjoyed the pool area, which was clean, relaxing, and perfect after spending time at the beach. Overall, it was a very pleasant and relaxing experience. Great location, beautiful views, excellent service, and a welcoming...

「Todo perfecto」

「Muy amables y buen trato」

「The condo was across the street from the beach. The beach was not as depicted in the pictures. No private beach access. We had to go up several blocks to the boardwalk for public beach access. Instructions on how to access the WiFi and TV could have been communicated better. TV was reported not working but was not corrected during our 7 day stay. 「GRAN LUGAR, INMEJORABLE PERSONA, UBICACION, TODO ES PERFECTO, ME ENCANTO LA PERRITA Y LOS GATITOS, ES UN LUGAR HERMOSO Y CALIDO, ENCUENTRAS TODO ALREDEDOR. MARAVILLA.」

They send home instructions on how to get in. House has no generator so if the electricity goes out in town your without energy in the home and without water. The fridges freezer was dirty like something had exploded inside and was not cleaned . A few of the towels provided had stains, as well as the bed cover. There was...

「Place was good only one problem the water from the pool turns green after a day . Didn’t get to enjoy the pool every day I was there 」
