「We really enjoyed staying at this beautiful unique colonial villa. The pool area located in the center of house is stunning. It was super clean and perfect place to cool off. The location was perfect distance to all the restaurants and cultural events taking place at the center of town. Parking was easy to find. We admired the Maya decor and tile. I will definitely love to book again.」

The house is exactly as pictured. ...okay maybe not exactly, but I've rented enough beach houses to understand that it's impossible to avoid some wear and tear from the salt air. 「MUY LIMPIO EL LUGAR!! Mi esposa tiene problemas respiratorios y nos sorprendió mucho el que estuviera tan limpio. Las camas son muy cómodas y la alberca enfrente de la casa es un súper plus para estar vigilando a los niños. A 10 caminando hay varias opciones de restaurantes para desayunar, comer o cenar. Me gustó mucho la presión del agua en las regaderas. Hay 2 TVs y en una hay cable y las otras tienen Netflix. Un lugar muy bien cuidado y pensado para familias. 」

「We had an awesome time at this property the 2 sisters running the property were very accommodating and did what ever they could to make us as comfortable as possible. The place was nice and clean. there was 3 of us and we stayed with 3 others and we had lots of room. The pool was nice and cool for the hot days and for the days the beach was a little too wild. Walking down the beach was really nice also, The location was also good just a half hour away from Merida where we felt really safe with...

「Our stay at Cassa Huul Kiin was every thing we expected.The host Lizette could not have been more accommodating and helpful. Any problems that we encountered (which were few) were resolved very quickly.The unit is located less than a minutes walk to the beach.We would recommend Cassa Huul Kiin to future guests without reservation.」
