Family Stay

Comfortable stay for a few days with adult family members. Convenient location. Ample space and parking. Only drawback was no television but the wifi worked perfectly!

Close to many restaurants and easy to get around. Parking off street was convenient. Rooms as pictured with nice fluffy towels and comfortable sheets.

Close to everything

Federal hill is a great place with lots of restaurants. The apartment was very nice and easy to find we diffidently would stay there again. The host were very friendly and quick to respond when we arrived and had a question.

The property owners welcomed our party with snacks, welcome message, and a very clean property. The location near Providence Italian district provided close places to enjoy food, spirits and nightlife. The parking was private and spacious. The neighbor was quiet and clean. A very nice place to stay with plenty of room to relax.

Comfort and Convenience

We stayed at Boris and Susan’s apartment when touring Brown University for hockey. The directions and check-in were easy to navigate. The off-street parking was convenient and the location was close to everything. The beds and space was very comfortable and we appreciated the snacks and coffee available to us. The air conditioning really helped during the muggy days of August. Had some nice walks to the best restaurants in town!

Very clean and the host was extremely communicative. The house had everything necessary - plenty of towels, coffee pods, Roku, soap, shampoo and a hair dryer. The kitchen (even though we didn’t use it) was fully stocked.

3 day stay

Overall, very clean comfortable apartment. Wall and floors a bit thin could hear just walking about. Off street parking is nice but surrounding area littered with trash. No outside area to enjoy.

Lovely stay with a lot of access at your fingertips.

The property owners contacted me immediately upon booking. The instructions, once we were closer to the travel dates, were exact, which was important to me because I had never been to the area. The pictures shown were exactly the way the rental was upon arrival. Very clean and quaint. My stay was on the second floor and there were some creaks, but a lovely place all the same. The location was outstanding in terms of access. Plenty of dining and shopping within a few minutes drive and some within a few minutes walk. A small trail (.25 miles) right outside the door and another about a block away. If you’re looking for an affordable stay for a few days with a variety of offerings, I would recommend this rental.

Beautiful space

Thank you for a wonderful visit to Providence! Everything at the apartment was perfect. Thank you so much for sharing it with us. It is a beautiful space - I loved all of the gorgeous design elements. So many beautiful details. We enjoyed having such a lovely space to relax after busy days at the JWU parent weekend. Having parking was very handy. The beds are very comfortable - good mattresses and lovely linens. We will definitely be back to stay our next visit to Providence to visit our son - we’ve found our perfect home away in Providence. Thank you, Boris, for handling everything so efficiently.
