Providence Hotel with Pool

"Guy at front desk was doing great keeping breakfast fully stocked. Even had to clean up spill and did it with a smile. He did a great job this morning "

"Older but very well kept property. This is my second time staying here and will def be back again. Affordable and near interstate. "

"The hotel itself was very nice, and worth what I paid. However, the agent who checked me in was foreign, and it was difficult to understand him. Additionally, we never could get the TV to work with the generic remote provided. When we called the front desk for assistance, he told my friend, "Press 2 numbers and see how it go." Guess what? That was no help at all! "

"The housekeepers made sure the room was clean. We had the same room that we had on 3/31 so bathtub still did not drain. Breakfast was not very well stocked, the person handling breakfast was also covering front desk (btw breakfast was 7-10:30 am and we were there at 9 am. When we went to check out of our room the elevator quit working and we were told it would be at least 20 minutes. My husband is disabled, I am 73 so I had to carry a cooler and 4 bags down from the fourth floor. I asked for a discount and Debbie said she had to check with the owner. BTW 3 of the 5 floors are under construction and the contractors use the same elevator as the customer. We have stayed here for the last 8 years on our travels to/from Ohio - never again. "

"The place was clean, the air conditioning is poor it took all night to cool the room other than that we have no other complaints."
