"The stay was amazing at the location form the most part. Front desk was super friendly and responsive. Maintenance/housekeeping not so much. 107 had a broken TV in the main livingroom that was never fixed and a wobbly chair. We did ask but nothing was done during the 4 day stay. 104 I asked in the morning to have garbage picked up and 10 hours later it was still in the heat outside my door. I had to ask the front desk again in the late afternoon to have it removed. Gret place for family...

"Excellent stay overall. My only negative with this being a 5-star resort, is that I expect daily housekeeping not just once per stay. Quick daily checks for toilettries /towels would make a big impact. That aside, Palazzo was fantastic. Pool areas are absolutely gorgeous Restaurants are great and casino is noticably much less smokey than others. Palazzo far exceeds most other resorts on the strip and does not disappoint. We will definitely be back. "

"The staff was the best part of our stay, everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Our trip was to visit family in the suburbs, who are about 25 minutes away from the strip, so it was good for us. Just needed a place to sleep. Comfortable big room. Pool looked nice and restaurants on site were decent. The casino had a heavy smoke smell, but that's majority of older casinos. The gym was very basic and found it difficult to do anything but cardio. "
