“Die Lage sowie die Poolanlage waren in Ordnung und recht sauber sowie das Frühstück war auch Recht gut. Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit... nur die Wohnanlage sehr runter gewirtschaftet. Klimaanlage war nicht in Ordnung und laut wie auf einem Bahnhof. Das gleiche gilt für das Badezimmer”

“Amazing Property and Spa, My second time there and I will be back. Lake Garda is amazing area and this hotel is icing on the cake. Every part of this hotel is a 5 star experience. Always sad when I have to leave. The overall design if this property is second to none. Also has an Amazing Breakfast!”

They changed our bungalow to a mobile home and the air conditioning didn’t work and the refrigerator didn’t even get cold. We booked for 2 nights and didn’t end up even staying there.”

“This is a lovely hotel and much better than 3 stars suggests. Our room was clean, recently refurbished and comfortable; the staff were excellent; and breakfast was really good (lots of choice) - in a room with a great view of the lake. We borrowed beach towels and a travel plug as ours didn’t work and nothing was too much trouble.”

“The room was clean and comfortable, and slippers were provided. The room I booked offered a beautiful view of both the lake and the hot spring pool below. The water in the hot spring pool is pumped directly from the bottom of the lake; you can actually smell the hint of sulfur, and it’s wonderfully warm. “We loved our stay here and if we were in the area again we would stay again! We were staying over my boyfriends birthday and the staff (Micol and Deborah in particular) were so helpful, I got in touch before our stay and they helped arranged a bottle of bubbles for arrival and then a cake to be delivered at breakfast. We then had a lovely room with a balcony with great views too - very modern & lovely and clean! The staff were extremely helpful during our stay, helping arranging taxis too -……
