「Elena at the front desk was the best however this is not a 4 star hotel. It needs some serious maintenance and basic pressure washing, paint in the exterior. The inside flooring shows massive wear and tear. The shower had mildew and the water did not drain and the ac was not the best. Lots to improve to be a true 4star hotel.」

「Absolutely terrible ! Would not recommend this place at all. Not clean at all. The room we booked was NOTHING like the pictures. They changed our bungalow to a mobile home and the air conditioning didn’t work and the refrigerator didn’t even get cold. We booked for 2 nights and didn’t end up even staying there.」

「The room was clean and comfortable, and slippers were provided. The room I booked offered a beautiful view of both the lake and the hot spring pool below. The water in the hot spring pool is pumped directly from the bottom of the lake; you can actually smell the hint of sulfur, and it’s wonderfully warm.
