「Elena at the front desk was the best however this is not a 4 star hotel. It needs some serious maintenance and basic pressure washing, paint in the exterior. The inside flooring shows massive wear and tear. The shower had mildew and the water did not drain and the ac was not the best. Lots to improve to be a true 4star hotel.」

「Wonderful hotel and even more wonderful staff! We will definitely be going back, and will bring our children next time.」

「Likes location, stunning views, all inclusive. Dislikes food was possibly worst hotel food ever had. Lack of evening entertainment」

「Unbeatable swimming pools and jacuzzis. Nice spa center. Panoramic lake view.」

「Absolutely terrible ! Would not recommend this place at all. Not clean at all. The room we booked was NOTHING like the pictures. They changed our bungalow to a mobile home and the air conditioning didn’t work and the refrigerator didn’t even get cold. We booked for 2 nights and didn’t end up even staying there.」

「Boutique Hotel Villa Sostaga was the highlight of our trip to Italy! The property was exceptional, and the staff were absolutely amazing. The breathtaking views of the lake and the outstanding food exceeded all our expectations. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and look forward to returning. A truly unforgettable experience!」

「Beautiful hotel with excellent facilities. The staff were exceptional and catered for our every need. The use of the spa was a welcome addition after a day or two of exploring the lake. Was a wonderful stay」

No Clima pazzesco. Nel 2026 neanche in Africa nn sono messi così…」

「The room was clean and comfortable, and slippers were provided. The room I booked offered a beautiful view of both the lake and the hot spring pool below. The water in the hot spring pool is pumped directly from the bottom of the lake; you can actually smell the hint of sulfur, and it’s wonderfully warm. The hotel staff were all very polite, especially the restaurant team, whose service attitude was excellent. As for the food, I’d give it an 80 out of 100—good, but not quite perfect. The...
