“Gennaro went above and beyond to be sure we have a great time at the property,he speaks English. The house is warm and welcome, the garden was our relaxing place after a busy day at the beach(10 minutes walking distance to the sea where there are plentiful of beaches with sunbeds, there are a few free beaches too,there is a total of 4km of sandy beach). The sea was amazing, safe for kids.My only recommendation would be to get plenty of insect protection Everything else was just what we needed……

Le logement est spacieux, comfortable avec une piscine très appréciable par ces températures !Proche des plages comme nettuno ou latina ainsi que de la gare pour ce rendre à Rome ! “La maison est très bien. Grande, avec un bel espace intérieur et extérieur. De belles promenades à pied au départ de la maison. Et un accès très facile par la route pour rejoindre les sites que l'on veut visiter.”

“Era il mio sogno da sempre. Una casa sulla spiaggia, la musica del mare a cullare la notte e il risveglio. La definisco un'esperienza sensoriale che andrebbe vissuta una volta nella vita. Per quanto riguarda la casa è esattamente come nelle foto con uno dei bagni migliorato avendo sostituito vasca con doccia grande. Letti comodi, meraviglioso mangiare in veranda, c'è tutto quello che serve per una vacanza all'insegna del contatto con la natura, molto apprezzato i lettini e ombrelloni. La cucina……

“We enjoyed our stay at ll Casale. The views are amazing. We enjoyed our time in the pool and bbq ing in the evening. Paola was very helpful and friendly. We used the local shops at Piazza S Erasmo below the villa, the meat from the butcher Macelleria Davide was excellent and ate at Il Tempo Ritrovato in the square. You do need a car, but we did walk down and back to the square and Formia using the steep path outside villa. Ideal place for visiting Pompeii we caught the train there and also the……

“This house is a five minute walk down the stairs to the beach, and the patio has a beautiful view. The kitchen has everything we needed to cook with and overall the house is cozy and comfortable. The upstairs bedroom has low ceilings so it’s really only good for kids (and depending on their height they might bump their heads). You can walk to the nearby town in 20 minutes for groceries, or take the bus. We rented a boat for the day twice which was our favorite part of the trip (especially……

“Armando und seine Familie haben uns sehr herzlich begrüßt und wir konnten uns von Beginn an wie Zuhause fühlen in der liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung. Entspannung pur beim Grillen auf der schattigen Terrasse, planschen im eigenen Pool oder genießen des Sonnenuntergangs mit musikalischer Begleitung durch Grillenkonzerte.
