“美麗又舒適的高質感飯店,位置極佳”

“Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff. The room is small but it’s well appointed with complete furnishings and amenities . Although the hotel is quite dated, it’s well maintained and clean. Valued for money. ”

“It is a cozy and tasteful hotel. The musical features and the foods are great.”

“Quite good. But the hotel is a bit far away from the city centre. It took quite a long time for transportation.”

“staff are friendly, location is not bad as it is not located in a crowded area but with convenient transportation rooms are clean and breakfast is good”

“Perfectly located in the heart of Seville, Hotel América offers everything you need for a wonderful stay: an incredibly comfortable bed, spacious rooms, an excellent shower, and an overall fantastic experience. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the hotel is wonderfully quiet at night, ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep. And if you’re lucky enough to book room 611, you’ll enjoy a spectacular view of the cathedral! A definite 5-star experience. Highly recommended!”

“Had a wonderful and relaxing stay here! The staff were so friendly :) the room was beautiful and very modern, and the view was fantastic. The aircon was so strong as well. I would recommend this to everyone!”

“The location is perfect the staff is very friendly”

“Good”

“Good location good service”

“Hotel is generally clean and tidy. There is only 1 reception desk which means it could take a while to check in if it is peak hours or if there’s an overly inquisitive guest who keeps asking questions nonstop with the staff at the expense of someone behind in the queue. The hotel should consider opening an extra desk”
