“This hotel was truly fantastic. The property itself is beautiful — the infrastructure is gorgeous, the staff are extremely friendly, the amenities are genuinely useful, and the restaurant is outstanding. The hotel sits outside the small towns of Puglia rather than inside one of them, so you'll need a car to get around. Honestly, though, I think that's the best way to experience the region — staying in one of the small towns means very limited availability, whereas a hotel like this puts you……

“Noisy room at times due some renovations”

“The main hotel reception, restaurant, bar and pool were lovely. The rooms very nice and clean however the decking on the lodges was appalling and very dangerous. Nails sticking out, cracked and rotten boards. You felt like you were going to fall through. Also in the restaurant they don’t chill or cover the deli meets and cheese so they have flies all over them and and dangerous to eat sitting in the heat for hours. If they fix those few things the place could be wonderful. But urgently they need……

Das Essen war leider nicht besonders gut und in der Gegend gibt es auch kaum Lokale oder sonstige Infrastruktur. “Stunning hotel in a beautiful location! Our room was very comfortable with a balcony overlooking the expansive gardens. The staff went above and beyond to look after us. Fab pool area, and recommend a massage and swim in the warm spa pool. Dinner was delicious and very good value, so much food! Breakfast definitely worth it, so many options including fruit from the estate. Very much hope to return one day…”

“The hotel was quite a disappointment. We were there as a couple and had booked all-inclusive. However, at check-in we had to pay over €150 extra for a club membership, which we didn't know what it was for. Included in the all inclusive package was the food, which was more or less the same every day and only water and wine from a tap to drink. We drank from plastic glasses. Every other drink, such as cola, had to be paid for separately with a card at 3.50 per can. I have never experienced……

“Ottima struttura e personale gentile. L'accesso alle attività degli altri hotel-villaggi del gruppo (piscine, campi da calcio, corsi...) è un ottimo vantaggio per le famiglie. La spiaggia è lontana, ma il trenino che fa da transfer (circa 7-8 minuti di viaggio) è sempre stato puntuale e affidabile. Ristorante buonissimo.”

“Cannedi Farms was a wonderful oasis right in the middle of the city of Avetrana. The place looks to have been completely remodeled and its gorgeous! Beautiful high ceilings, modern appliances and a killer roofdeck with wet bar and outdoor shower. They have fruit tress in the back courtyard which assures you have fresh fruit daily and they also make amazing Olive Oil. My family & I went to be close to the beach, it was a 12min drive to the pristine waters of the Adriatic Sea and you can go to a……

“The property was very clean and well maintained, and interspersed amongst apartment units of residents who live in Locorotondo. These properties are all configured differently as our friends were in a different unit and it was configured in a much better layout. The stairs in our unit were very steep and narrow, with a low bulkhead -my husband hit his head several times when coming down the steps. At the end of the hallway in our unit, was a full length mirror propped against the wall and……
