We've been renting this condo for years, and our previous listing received more than 40 unique 5-star reviews!
West End Nest is a recently renovated penthouse condo that combines modern comfort with a peaceful retreat.
Nestled in a quiet family home in a charming neighborhood of winding lanes, this is the perfect base for your Provincetown adventures. This cozy and well-equipped space is ideal for friends, families, or couples seeking a memorable Ptown escape.

✮ PARKING INFORMATION ✮
Free parking is available for one vehicle in the designated space, located immediately to the left of the building and alongside the fence, directly in front of the white garage door.
Please note that parking is not permitted in the open area to the left of the designated space (which belongs to a different property) or in the space in front of the garage (which is exclusively for Unit 2).
Our spot should fit most standard vehicles. We did fit a 19' RAM 1500 in the spot, but it hung out a bit onto the street, so that might be a touch too large. Think Jeep Cherokee and smaller - 15-16' long or thereabouts. The street is not super busy, but it's a one-way neighborhood street that is relatively narrow.
The Town of Provincetown enforces metered parking from April 1 - October 31, 7 days per week, from 8 am-Midnight.
Parking is free in Town of Provincetown lots from November 1 - March 31
The closest large parking lot is the MacMillian Pier Parking lot, located in the center of town by Lopes Square. Open 24 hours a day from April 1 - October 31, 7 days per week, 323 parking spaces, $4 per hour, $40 maximum per 24 hours.
There are also privately run parking lots, not affiliated with the Town, all along Bradford St. Parking rules and rates vary - check the signs at each lot.

You will need to climb stairs to access both the building's front door and the unit's entrance.

Please be aware that noise might travel between the units within our building, and it’s difficult for us to control any noise from our neighbors. Most of the time when we’re there, we hear nothing.
