“Staff was responsive and friendly. I've whatsapp them to ask some questions and they were very helpful. The room is spacious and clean in general. Only two tiny issues, 1. the bedsheet has a stain. 2. the bathroom has quite a lot of mould.
I love that there are lots of chairs, sofa and tables in the room and bathroom.
Besides, the apartment also provides umbrellas. It rained during my stay and I didn't bring my own umbrella. The umbrella was useful. I'm really grateful that the staff makes……

“We stayed at ALPESA for a week with 2 preteen kiddos. The condo was excellent with two bedrooms and two beautiful bathrooms. Huge living space and two terraces.
Communication was beyond excellent!
Everything we needed or had a question, the host provided answers within seconds.
The pillows were the best I have ever slept on! That’s a huge bonus!
The beach is about a 10-15 min walk. Longer if you have kids.
We had a car and parking was included in our stay. Supermarkets, bakeries,……

“Someone in a staff spa uniform tried to enter my room at 10pm. When I chased him to the front desk, they did not apologize and only replied with an angry face, "it was a mistake". Very suspicious and unsafe and not acceptable. To date, I have not heard back from management which would indicate that they do not care. Also, my slider to the pool on pool level was unlocked when we finally got our room at 4:15pm instead of the 3pm check in time. Very disappointed in the hotel and staff. The……

“This Royal Suite Apartment , in our opinion it was note to the standard of month other place we have stayed.
On going in the bathroom the toilet was dirty and needed a flush YUK . There was no products like shampoo , body lotion etc . Take your own . The shower was nice and the towels were good. Thrashing machine washed but did not spin or rinse. The clothes dryer was broken , the balcony only had one chair . Great View of the mountains.
The advert said premium bedding ???? Not sure where that……
