“Hotel Posada XVII defines charm. The hotel is one of the most unique experiences I've had for lodging and I will definitely opt for Posada if I'm back in Puebla. The entire staff was friendly and helpful, quick to answer questions and respond to needs. The hotel room was quirky and unique and we loved the ambiance of the entire hotel. “This hotel has a very good customer service of the reception staff, so I even want to extend my stay at the beginning. However the hotel facility maintainace by the owners side is very disappointing. The bath tub have the water flows out.
