“The hotel is very clean and our room has an armoire which is so necessary to organize our belongings. The hot water with tea or coffee is always available. Moreover, we are so grateful to the staff members for their kindness. I contacted them the night before to ask if we could wait in the lobby since we would be arriving at 6 am in the morning. “We stayed two night as a rest point, as well as used the services to book the colca canyon tour. Super convenient and clean, great food and great bar. We stayed in the suite and the hot water shower was so enjoyable. The only very weird thing is the suite includes a coffee machine...but you have to buy the coffee to put in it. Makes no sense ”
