「Room was clean and nice but the bathroom got very hot and smell like sewage and the power went out for a couple of hours. One receptionist was a bit rude but the rest of the staff were very helpful and nice. It has great location, walking distance to a lot of popular restaurants and shops. Also it’s right on the beach. 」

「I stayed at Notto for my birthday on February 13, and my experience was positive at first. The room and stay itself were good, but unfortunately everything went downhill when I checked out.
I was told there would be a 4,000 peso hold on my card for incidentals. Instead of placing a hold, they actually charged my card. It has now been almost three weeks, and the hotel has still not been able to reverse the charge.
What’s even more concerning is that they asked me to send my bank account...
