I reserved 5 jacuzzi rooms....they only had one. The manager gave all 11 of us gold bands which was an upgrade. Staff was great. Room was great. Lots of activities. Made superbowl fun. I wish there was a larger food selection and there were things to eat after 10pm.

Improvements on organization with restaurant reservations. A first, second and third seating should be implemented. Rooms were clean but worn out. The staff did not have good communication skills. Rooms were super clean and well looked after. All the staff were amazing and helpful. Pool area could use some maintenance as there are a lot of missing tiles. Apart from that great experience
