"Just got back from an unforgettable stay at Grand Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta, and I can’t say enough good things about this place. From the moment we arrived, everything felt effortless—beautiful views, incredible service, and a true sense of relaxation that made it hard to leave. The food throughout the resort was amazing, but one of the absolute highlights of our trip was dinner at the Asian restaurant. Not only was the food top-notch, but the experience itself was something special. A huge thank you to Jose, Leo, and Francisco, who took such great care of us. Their attention, energy, and hospitality made the night feel personal and memorable. They truly went above and beyond to make our last evening perfect—and to top it all off, we ended the night with an incredible fire show that was the perfect grand finale to our trip. Moments like that are what make a vacation unforgettable. Already looking forward to coming back! "

"Quiet AC, comfortable beds, friendly staff. Beach "access" next door is poor -- not permitted to sit on chairs or be shaded under umbrellas. So if you stay at Mio you have to buy an expensive day pass to use the beach next door."

"The room had nothing but problems "

"Family trip with three kids aged 12, 10 and 8. Though property is a little worn down, it's a great place to relax and spend time as a family. The place is spotless and they offer lots of activities. Good options weren't the best and often had long lines, but sufficed overall. The breakfast buffet was terrific. Everything else was okay. Wish they offered a taco buffet at lunch and something else at dinner. The restaurants that were open were less casual and a bit stuffy for young kids. That said, the resort had everything we needed. Never had a problem finding a chair by the pool (which was great for kids) or beach and some of the nighttime shows were excellent We did the all inclusive because it was easier for us, but went off property a few times to explore which was worth it. I would stay here again. I thought it was a good value for the money and overall everyone was really happy and the staff accommodating. "

"Great stay overall at this all-inclusive hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed the beach, pool, and buffet, plenty of good food and a fun atmosphere. However, the room cleanliness needs improvement, the furniture feels outdated, the air conditioning is very loud, and the bathroom could use an upgrade."
