This is our second time staying in this unit. Layout works very well to allow for private space but also enough area for when everyone wants to get together. Pool table is great for entertainment when not out enjoying the beach/Pools.

We loved the condo and resort. This is the most updated condo we’ve been in at Las Palomas. There were a few minor broken items, and the host isn’t super quick to respond, but it wasn’t an issue for us. The resort can help with a ton of stuff.

Needs a little TLC

Spectacular condo in regards to the proximity to the ocean, the view and the updated interior. Upon entering the condo you are captivated by the spaciousness and unobstructed, wide view to the ocean. Looking closer it needs a little TLC from use of prior guests.-Refrigerator shelves/drawers broken-Many of the door handles were loose throughout the condo. -Bottom of refrigerator coming off-Scuffs on walls and doors-Mini fridge missing in master-TV by pool table not functional due to bad cable wire in the back. Experience was outstanding, just time for the owner to invest in the property and address the details.

Large Condo for a family

We had some hiccups when we checked in but Las Palomas and the owner worked with us to be as comfortable as possible. The condo was not cleaned very well by the staff but the owner was attentive and had the staff clean the condo again the next day. Overall the condo is great, just needs a little maintenance.

Great place, ease & communication with owner was on point. Actually this condo is really amazing. Completely stocked in kitchen and clean linens. The private entrance area made me feel safe (as single mom) for was was a bonus. The view is breathtaking. We will definitely be back and looking forward to staying here again

Great space with lots of room and amazing views

Las Palamas is a great resort and we loved the space this condo offered. It housed 7 adults and 4 kids perfectly for a week. It has great views, we were able to watch dolphins on the patio most days. The swinging chair on the patio was a hit by all 11 of us, so relaxing. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner at the condo and it was stocked with everything we needed. We all also loved the ice maker. Would definitely recommend staying here. The only reason for the 4 stars was the bathrooms were not super clean when we got there.

50th birthday celebration

Sadly disappointed. The unit smells like sewer. The AC unit is extremely loud and annoying. Lastly, they were repairing the roof on the outside, and kept dropping materials on the balcony. Extremely frustrating and disruptive. Called maintenance several times, they did come up and clean the balcony, but could not eliminate the smell of sewer, or the loudness of the AC unit. Lastly, they tried to charge me for a broken door handle, that was already hanging on by a thread.
