First time at this location and house Was better than photos let you believe. Very clean, amazing views and property manager was great. Only drawback was stairs to beach but being up high made the view a 10.

Peaceful beach

Loved this beachfront property. Waves were big the first day and then died down the rest.only thing is the bed in master is elevated so is a littlw difficult for short people to get and out of. Otherwise great and great time was had. Will rent again.

We wanted for nothing!!!

This house and property are phenomenal!! Plenty of dishes and utensils, extra blankets, beach chairs. Toilet paper and paper towels, even bathroom supplies, shampoo, conditioner, soaps!!Private parking area was great, games and books available. I will definitely recommend this property to everyone!!I have severe allergies and always take a clean pillow case on trips.. thank you for NOT using strong detergents and fabric softeners!We felt safe the entire time in our home away from home!!

Never disappoints!

This is our second stay at this property and we're already excited about our next stay. House is well equipped with everything we could possibly need and the location cannot be beat - literally steps from patio to the beach. Owner is very responsive to any questions we have. This is our new favorite spot in Rocky Point!

Comfortable and clean!

Our family had a great stay here. The place was as advertised. Everything was clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We had an issue with the ac at first and Gary was prompt to fix it. The ac worked great!

Excellent choice

When we 1st walked in we were so happy that the house did not smell like Fabuloso! It was very clean and well stocked. We appreciated Gary stopping by shortly after check in to answer any questions and let us know he was available if we needed anything. Great location! We'll be back.

Serenity at its finest

My parents owned a home in Las Conchas growing up, so I have a deep love for this development. I've been staying here for years now. The house location is great and is always clean. The hospitality from Gary the property manager is warm, professional and friendly. This is by far my favorite place to stay in Las Conchas. Thank you Gary and the Nelson's!

We had everything we needed: excellent location on a sandy beach, sufficient amenities and shade. The owner/manager is very responsive and we would not hesitate to book this house again. The next door house is currently undergoing construction. We had limited privacy and all day construction noise so that was the only negative aspect.

perfect retreat

We had a wonderful and relaxing 12 night stay. The house is just as advertised - we loved being on the beach and centrally located. The bench seats along the windows facing the beach and water were the most enjoyable place to relax, nap, enjoy the view and be out of the sunshine but still part of the wonderful outdoors. Gary was super - stopped by the first day to make sure all was good. Then when a small water leak was noticed outside, he had a repair completed the same day. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back. Muchas gracias!

Nice house

We stayed for few days and were very happy. House was as described, clean, kitchen well stocked, great ocean views. Enclosed front yard was convenient for our dog so he didn’t have to be leashed at all times. Shower and a hose on the patio to rinse off your sandy feet. There is quite a bit of reef along the beach at Las Conchas so take your water shoes. The house is situated perfectly as there is nice opening in the reef with sections of sandy beach. We enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Great Stay

Love the house on the beach. Will probably never stay in a resort again. We had some problems with the door opening in back but Gary was quick to get it fixed. Its nice he is close to help you with any problems that might arise. The view and the whole experience is great. Highly recommend this house. Just one tv but we didnt go to watch tv. Everything you might need is close by.

Beautiful Setting

We liked the property. Everything was there and more. The only thing was no hairdryer, but we should have brought our own. The property and house were in a nice setting. The property manager was there to check on things, and took care of things immediately. Convenient to town. A few things need fixed to make it a perfect stay. On the beach was a real plus. We would return. Very beautiful setting and relaxing.

Nice Property

The host Gary was available and lived close to this property. He brought us a bag of ice when the machine didn't work. This property has a water filtration system that made drinking the water safe. The kitchen cookware was well stocked, but some of the non-stick pans need to be replaced soon. The beds where comfortable and bathrooms clean and fresh towels. The internet service was better than what we've experienced in the past when visiting Rocky Point.The beach is right off the steps and during high tide the water is very close to the steps. My wife and I will be coming back to this property in the future with our dog.

Beautiful Property

Great location, clean and well-kept, secure parking behind a private gate, and beautiful beach views with direct access to the sand. The large, open concept living/dining/kitchen is comfortable, bright and inviting. The bedrooms are comfortable - just be warned, only 1 TV in the living room, but you're on vacation anyway! There is a newer, lower tier to the patio with pavers (in the pics it's sand and plants below the fire pit level) that is awesome - it's like you're sitting right on the beach.Another plus - for those who have never been to Puerto Penasco, the tide goes out very far during low tide. Most of the surrounding beach is very rocky when the tide goes out, but this house is situated directly in front of a sand bar, so there's pretty much clear sand all the way to the water.Walmart is right down the street, and we found it very easy to drive to and from the Malecon area for fantastic seafood.We were a little confused finding the place because the numbering system is screwy - sections 7 and 8 come first, so you think you've missed section 6 where the house is located, but 6 is actually after 7 and 8 for some reason! We drove back to the very helpful security post at the front and had a good laugh!We will definitely look to re-book this location!

A Nostalgic Haven with Unbeatable Views – Our New Favorite in Rocky Point!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Gary's property in Rocky Point, and it outshone all other vacation rentals we've experienced in the area. The cleanliness was absolutely meticulous—every surface and corner was sparkling. What set this stay apart was its child-friendly environment. The house came with a selection of toys that transported me back to my own childhood—a nostalgic touch that elevated our trip. Our kids were thrilled to have their own space, filled with toys, making it a true home away from home. The well-stocked kitchen was another standout feature, filled with all the cooking supplies we needed. This convenience allowed us to prepare our favorite meals without having to dine out all the time—a real asset for a family vacation. Of course, we couldn't overlook the breathtaking sunset views. The outdoor area offered the perfect backdrop for unwinding at the end of the day, as we watched the sky turn vivid shades of orange and pink. Lastly, Gary's prompt and efficient communication made our stay seamless from start to finish. We're already planning our next trip; this property is now our first choice when vacationing in Rocky Point! Thank you, Gary, for making our stay truly unforgettable!
