Control the volume of the band playing music

Loud and obnoxious Sound traps in the pool area and we come down here for a little peace and quiet. Yea I know Mexicans love to blast their music thinking theyā€™re the greatest musicians in the world and everyone canā€™t wait to buy their record or CD. but at least have them point their PA away from the hotel and towards the open ocean. It was even loud on our balcony in Ruby building C 11th floor. Ridiculous!

Great Condo!

I booked this condo for my mother. The condo is beautiful and very clean. It was bigger than I expected. My mother loved the sea decor. We will definitely be booking this room again in the future. Thanks so much for allowing us to stay here.

Great unit but terrible service by employees of Los Palomas

Unit was beautifully decorated, well appointed with everything you need and a fabulous location, view. Very comfortable. The service from the resort employees was terrible though. Front desk inept , service in restaurant and quality of food awful. Definitely recommend staying the unit and owner. Do whatever necessary to limit needing any assistance from resort itself
