A private 2story home with 2-bedroom master suites, 2.5 bathrooms WITH full access to resort amenities in the private, gated and 24hr secured community of Laguna Shores Oceanfront Resort. The house is within walking distance to the beach (500ft) / estuary and beach house / community pool and restaurants (100ft). WIFI throughout home.

Home has 2 master suites downstairs with queen size beds, each with their own on suite bathrooms. Large glass patio doors give way to partial ocean view and plenty of natural light. Each bedroom has its own dual temperature mini split, TVs and alarm clocks. Each bedroom is nicely & relaxing tropical decorated. In the bathrooms you will find fresh towels, hair dryer, and clothes iron.

Upstairs are the living spaces where you can enjoy gorgeous view of the ocean and desert. On the furnished margarita deck (3rd floor) you can enjoy your morning coffee as you see the sun rise or admire the beautiful sunsets enjoying a glass of wine.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all major and small appliances. Kitchen sink has a water filtration system for worry free cooking plus a water cooler can be found in kitchen. A dining table with 4 chairs for family dinners and barstools at the kitchen counter allow for additional seating. The views from the living room are incredible and boasts plenty of sitting area. Living room has cable TV and DVD as well as a desk overlooking the ocean. There are 2 balconies from the living room, small balcony with desert views and large balcony with beautiful ocean views. Large balcony has patio set to enjoy the incredible sunrise / sunsets, it also leads to the stairway up to our margarita deck (3rd floor) where the views are breathtaking.

Laguna Shores Resort experiences one of nature’s best phenomena; tidal fluctuation. All year long we have two high and low tides per day. The distance between high and low tide is at its highest around the new moon and full moon. Tidal fluctuations are caused by the sun and moon gravitational forces and the rotation of the earth. And the tidal range is a vertical measure of distance between the high and low tide in one cycle. You can enjoy activities at high tide and since we are set back in a bay, you can walk in the water for quite a while even during high tide. The high tide is perfect for kayaking, paddle boarding, snorkeling, swimming, shell collecting, kite surfing and whatever else you can think of doing. You can also kayak though our pristine and protected estuary. High tide is especially great for the young ones, as they can play in the puddles and pick up shells and see little crabs. It is a beautiful natural scenery to enjoy.
