We went without a room telephone the entire stay, everyday they was bringing it we had to walk down to the lobby for every issue and still not resolved. Went 2 days without hot water. No wash clothes in the room took 2 days to get washcloths.

That place keeps getting better everyday. You can explore the country to get a feel of the locals and the best foods and night life, but the resort will remind you everyday that it has the same festivities on site as well.

The Air condition in the room did not work. The bathroom had no raised area for the shower section, so the water leaked into the entire bathroom floor and a little outside the bathroom when you take a shower. The bed spread had stains on it. The ceiling was cracked with stain marks.

Food wasn’t the best . This resort is very greedy for money and the staff was unpleasant when checking out as if now that you are not staying you are unimportant If you arrive early ( before check in time ) they charge you an additional $20.00 to eat or drink . I’ve never experienced that in other resorts every time we arrived early we were allowed a wrist band and told that we can enjoy the resort until our room is ready . Our water pressure in our room was non existent . There was no hot water in my mother in laws room either . Only response we got if any was “ Lo siento” . You have to pay an additional $45 for WiFi because you are only allowed 1 hour free WiFi a day so say goodbye to speaking with family and loved ones . The “ free “ WiFi is only available at VIP pool it never works at VIP beach . I guess what can you expect for the price . More than likely will go back to booming in punta Cana
