"Booked this hotel as a little getaway for me and my partner for a few nights. We only even usually go to a place once and then go somewhere else the following year. We’ve already decided to re book for next year. This hotel is absolutely gorgeous. The view from our terrace was absolutely stunning. The hotel was always clean and tidy. The pool area was so quiet and relaxing. The walk into town wasn’t even as bad as I first thought. Getting back up the hill to the hotel was a bit difficult so wouldn’t recommend for anyone with mobility issues but of course that’s not the hotels fault. Our room was exactly like photos and had everything we needed including plates, pans and cutlery. Genuinely have nothing negative to say. Amazing hotel , definitely recommend."

"Buen Family Resort, aunque era Solo Travel. Los cuartos limpios todos los días excelente servicio. Desde la entrada hasta la salida el equipo de trabajo muy amable, atento y profesional. Buen buffet desde desayuno hasta cena.. lo recomiendo para Familias no para Solo Travel. Lo unico que no me gustó fue que el Resort no cambia USA dollars porque no tienen muchos visitantes de USA .lo veo injusto todo cliente debería ser tratado igual no importa de donde venga. Tuve ir en un taxi hacia Puerto Rico Mall para poder cambiar."

"Staff Property is amazing location,close to restaurants and shops, unfortunately not enough parking, the pool is nice but too small for the amount of guests with very small area around so not enough long chairs people are on top of each other Staff was very pleasant, rooms are nice we just had issues with Ants."

"We stayed at the riosol the staff are so helpful friendly And so nice they could do enough for u on the 3rd day of my holiday my husband suddenly passed away .staff were great translated for us , when police came upgraded us so we didn’t have to worry about anything helped any time we needed it fantastic hotel"

"The Marina Suites hotel was absolutely fabulous. We knew nothing about it only what we seen on the website. We were very pleased with everything about it. The location the amenities the food at breakfast which is as included in our price. Everything was great. The place was spotless the staff were outstanding so helpful and friendly and always there to welcome us with a smile each day. Our room no. 721 was so spacious and airy and well worth paying the extra for. The views of the marina and beach were amazing both day and night. We loved it. I’d thoroughly recommend it to anyone visiting Puerto Rico."
