"This property is quite new, stylish and well-maintained. It is stylish and has great views from a commanding position on a hill just above the port. It is really an apartment complex with a restaurant open sometimes and offer buffet breakfast with the facility to order some items fresh such as omelettes. "From 9am to 9pm this ‘small’, simple and very clean hotel with a great view over the city is highly recommended. But from 9pm to 9am it’s a different story. The entertainment in the evening is of really mixed quality, but the worst part is that it is extremely loud and often goes on until midnight. "Basic apartment but provided everything we needed. Excellent power shower and double sinks were good. We didn’t select a room with a terrace and didn’t miss it as went to beach each day - 30 minute steady pace walk away. Lack of receptionist wasn’t ideal but was able to telephone number posted on wall and they sent someone over. Rooftop pool area was clean and never had many people at it. Includes to Cabana type beds at no cost. Location is around half way between sea level and very top....

"Muy buenas instalaciones, pero sin aparcamientos, condiciona el poder moverte libremente, Mala comunicación desde el personal de Recepción, muy apática, rozando lo antipático. Se nos comunica el último día que tenemos que abandonar del complejo a las 12:00, sin poder disfrutar más tiempo en ellas, en otros hoteles hemos hecho el check out, Y pudimos disfrutar de sus instalaciones hasta el cierre de éstas. En general todo muy limpio, pero el trato muy robotico, poco empatico. "

"The view from our room was outstanding. The room itself was spacious with lots of hangers and room to put clothing and unpack and keep suitcases. The washroom was huge. The bed was comfortable. The balcony was large with a place to hang and dry towels and clothes if needed there was a kettle and a mini fridge. The resort was full of people, but never felt that way there were lots of kids and families, and the customers and staff were all super polite. There was always something to do and somewhere to sit never had to wait. The staff works super hard. I’d be up early in the morning for a run and see staff washing windows top to bottom washrooms floors very busy trying to keep the place spic and span. Lots of front desk staff and people asking if there’s anything you needed it felt like a real relaxing holiday. It actually feels like home when we stay at RIU. "

"Really enjoyed my stay at Vista Amadores! The apartment was clean and comfortable, with a well-stocked kitchen, powerful shower and a fantastic view from the balcony. Pool area was also spotless and it wasn't too busy, although there were only a few working parasols for the number of sunbeds available. Staff were excellent and friendly. Easy walk to the Europa Centre for restaurants and a supermarket. A slightly longer walk downhilll to the beach but there is also a daily shuttle from the apartments too. Sunset is not to be missed! Would happily stay again!"

"Excellent hotel, second time here. Fantastic facilities, view from the Pool is amazing! Food fantastic, room modern and clean, staff are great and work very hard! Room cleaned daily. Glass lift from hotel down to Puerto Rico harbour and amadores beach is fab! Really recommend this hotel."
