misrepresented property
When the reservation was made the property represented that it had air conditioning throughout, including the kitchen and living room. Upon arrival we discovered this was false. We notified the owner, and he offered a partial refund. He said it would not be possible to provide the air conditioning that was represented in his listing. We did not stay at the property, as without the promised air conditioning, it was not inhabitable. We informed the owner that we could not stay without air conditioning. We never would have reserved a property in an area with high temperatures, that was not fully air conditioned. Due to the misrepresentation we left the property. VRBO honored their guarantee, and we were given a full refund.

The property is in a private neighborhood, was well kept, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The cleaning lady, Victoria provided exceptional service. Highly recommended for a quite and private stay away from the bustling and crowded hotels or resorts.
