Villas Mares de Verano is located between jungle, beach, and river, 5 minutes walking distance to Mismaloya beach and a few meters from the original set of the movie “Night Of The Iguana” that made Vallarta famous, 15 minutes walking distances to Vallarta wild Zoo, located directly in front of the main highway, easy access by car or bus. As you may know, the south coast is by far the best location and has the best beaches on the bay.
Consists of 9 exclusive, private residences, where security and privacy are a very important factors. The entire complex is walled off, and the entrance is exclusively allowed for residents and their guests. The exterior amenities include a tone swimming pool, parking, garden, and landscaping combined with great exterior light to make this a great ambiance for all. security gate, private parking, and many more amenities.
Villa A4 located with over 2,258.00 sq. ft. Two-level Villa has 3 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms. The second floor is the master bedroom with a king-size bed and one double bed, bathroom, ceiling fan, closet. The second bedroom has three twin beds, a complete bathroom, closet, ceiling fan. On the first floor is the third bedroom with a King size bed, bathroom, closet, and ceiling fan. Large living and dining room area with TV cable, fully equipped kitchen. Outside dining at the terrace overlooking the tropical mountain and swimming pool area.
Short-term rental includes TV cable, water, gas, electrical, maid service 3 times a week, Wi-Fi, and private parking.
