This small boutique hotel is everything you hope for and more — easily 4 stars and beyond. Spotless, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The air conditioning works beautifully (no musty smell at all — a huge plus), there’s plenty of storage, and the WiFi is strong and reliable. You can truly feel how well cared for the property is. The staff are so attentive and genuinely friendly — always welcoming, always helpful, and they really make you feel at home. The location is unbeatable. Within a 5-minute walk you’ll find amazing pastry shops, a laundromat, street tacos, fresh fruit stands, and the beach. Everything is so easy and convenient. Breakfast each morning was delicious, and the lovely little pool felt like our own private oasis — we practically had it all to ourselves. Such a peaceful bonus. Casa Nicole has completely won our hearts. We will absolutely be back. 💛

We have eaten at the restaurant for a few years now. We finally got the opportunity to stay at their hotel and it was absolutely beautiful. The rooms are so clean, new and modern. Casa Nicole was the perfect spot to stay in Puerto Vallarta! The restaurant is delicious, many locals come for brunch. The location is just one block from the beach so using the washroom in our room and grabbing anything throughout the day was so easy. The pool is quiet and relaxing for when you want to have a low key afternoon read or morning yoga. Juan was the perfect host, he was communicative over messaging before we arrived and had our room ready for our early arrival. He was helpful with tips for restaurants and where to rent umbrellas at the beach. He also was able to get us a taxi to our next destination. All the staff was so friendly. I highly recommend Casa Nicole to anyone travelling to Puerto Vallarta. Thank you Juan for a great stay!
