La habitación que nos marcaba la reservación era con vista al jardín, y nos dieron una con vista al mar a mi hijo eso le encantó y por eso estoy agradecido nuestra estancia fue muy placentera sin duda volveria los alimentos podrian ser un poco de mejor sazón y variedad pero pues no somos exigientes en ese aspecto pero es una área de oportunidad

Our room had a water leak the entire stay in our bathroom, it wasn't huge but it was dripping into the sink, I told the front desk 2x and showed them the video I took, they never came to fix or check it out. No water bottles from house keeping or any extra towels and not coffee replacement. It seems to me that they are trying to save money with the coffee, water and any extras. The staff was ok, they would give you coffee in the morning one (1) time, then they would never come back to refill, again saving on little things shows, they would get upset when I got up and poured myself another cup of coffee. I would have much preferred to stay at the GRAND KRYSTAL, I thought this is where I had made our reservations at as we have stayed there before and it was excellent. This place was right next to MAJOR construction, very loud and busy, they should have given a discount for all the noise or let us know ahead of time that they were in the middle of a major construction building next door. The food here was mediocre, it was the same everyday, no "real" meat, only hot dog meat most of the time, the eggs seemed to be powdered eggs, no avocados or fresh guacamole, the staff spent more time talking to each other then attending to the customer. Elevator broke down for a day, they did get this fixed quick. Grounds are spread out, enjoyed playing volleyball and laying out by the beach listening to the loud construction, vendors were annoying coming by way too often and too pesty.

This was our second time staying here. Staff are very professional and attentive. Food was very good however the same menu at the hotel restaurant as was at the buffet. If you are looking for something different, a short walk across the highway and half block to left is an excellent Outback Steak House. Beach was wonderful. Only two issues that were not great was the construction on the new building next to the main pool which was closed for safety reasons, and there was a sewer back up onto the walkway towards the family pool and hotel. You either walked through it - yuck - or went through hotel lobby onto beach and back onto the pool. They were working on the sewer problem but was an inconvenience. If you forgot anything, there was a convenience store just outside the resort and a 15 min walk and across from the marina was the Walmart. I would have given a higher review if it wasn't for the sewer problem and the one pool being closed due to the construction.

The hotel is very run down, but has a rustic charm I guess. We had to share a balcony with another room which is totally weird. We also could hear the people in the room next door snore and blow dry their hair. Our room was completely bare except for one tv hung on the wall with wires hanging out of it. It only had one English Channel. There were no drawers for our clothes. The service was very slow. No one serves you . You had to wait in line for water and drinks. The food was ok. But even if you got a table and got your food- you had no drink- not even water or coffee. We ended up leaving the resort and the town is cute and the restaurants are yummy. There is a liquor store near by. Everyone was nice, but I will never do all inclusive again… what’s the point.

Most staff was rude, it’s sad to see the mentality they have, as soon as the saw my mexican passport they flipped the switch off. They all want and are expecting american dollars and so if you bring pesos they act differently. Extremely disappointed.
