Puerto Vallarta Romantic zone charmer. Spectacular ocean views from living room, dining room and bedroom. Wonderful location 1-2 blocks to numerous restaurants and bars. (Olas Altas) 2 blocks to the beach . Quaint condo building First floor pool and loungers. Wonderful, large covered terrace/patio with beautiful mountain views. Washer/Dryer in unit. A fantastic location. This one bedroom condo, is located just a block up from Olas Altas Street, with incredible views to the mountains and ocean.
This condo is very close to some of the best restaurants in Vallarta, and some of the best entertainment.
Just 2 blocks to the new pier and beach where you can find everything related to sunning, fishing, scuba diving, etc all related to the great Bay of Banderas.

Good location and nice stay

Thank you Milo and Emma for extending our vacation time an extra 2 weeks because of my husband contacting covid !! The condo has good potential with great views, nice large deck, washer and dryer, and wonderful breezes. However the condo could use a bit of TLC. We had a missing blind in the bedroom and the lights from the condo across shone on the bed nightly. The hot water tap in the bathroom sink doesn't work. Also shortage of a few essential supplies ex. toilet paper . Other then these few things I have mentioned , we enjoyed our stay very much. Thanks again Milo and Emma B & T

This condo apartment was a NIGHTMARE for us . . . . . . . . .

Although this place could have such potential it is fraught with maintenance issues (it was obvious that it is not being maintained on a regular basis) . . . . . . . . . . the worst was the putrid stench coming out of the wooden furniture such as dresser drawer and night tables in the bedroom, sideboard in the dining room & hallway closet . . . . . . . in the 9 weeks we were there the moldy/musty smell never went away . . . . . . . . . the ice maker pipes in the refrigerator caused leaking on the kitchen floor so they had to be replaced . . . . . . . there were leaks in the bedroom ceiling . . . . . . . . . ceiling fans and remote controls not working properly . . . . . . . . there were no lamps bright enough for nighttime reading & on and on . . . . . . We wasted more time waiting for tradespeople to come by and fix things Meanwhile all we got from the landlord was "sorry for the inconvenience" time after time The photos on the rental website don't reflect the true picture of this space (bathroom and kitchen both need an overhaul) THINK TWICE BEFORE RENTING THIS CONDO APARTMENT

Everything was old abs not in good repair. Even at the slightly discounted rate the owner offered it was not worth it. The comment about the sheets is accurate as well!!

Awesome stay

Our stay at the condo was great. The views are fantastic from every room. Nice large balcony with sun for morning coffee & shade later in the day for an afternoon drink. We enjoyed the nice breeze and had no need for the air conditioning which is a bonus. This is a lovely condo and we are looking forward to returning next year..Our thanks to Milo & Emma. They are great hosts and looked after us very well. We will be back T&B

Puerto Vallarta Paradise

We returned to this outstanding property for the second year, this time for two months, and found it even more exciting and beautiful. It is located in a small owner occupied building and they made us feel like part of the close knit group. Be sure to bring your binoculars for an even better views of the spectacular sunsets and the always changing ocean where you can watch whales, cruise ships and other marine activity from the dining room window. The owner is very hands on and any question is answered promptly. We will definitely return again.

Lima blanco condo

We recently stayed at the condo for 3 months and really enjoyed our stay. The condo is in a really good location, just up the hill from Los Muertos pier. Out the dining room window is a spectacular view of Banderas bay where we could see whales breeching during the day and a sea breeze keeping the room refreshed during those hot days. Anything you would want to do or go is within a short walking distance of the condo, the condo is very comfortable with a nice deck for those warm night dinners, a good place to stay !

Great view , would stay again when all the construction is finished.

Very nice view. Great location. The owner was eager to please and responded to every email and inquire I had . If I may Milo bring to your attention, you could use a light blanket for cold night and the bedsheets have several cigarette burns that is such a turn off. The mattress cover does not fit properly so it bunches up at night. The bed was good. Our vacation was not what we expected as the noice from what Milo referred to as finishing touches drove us insane. Starting at 7:30 am till late evening. Cutting Granite ,Beware there is a large construction Just up a couple of blocks . I would recommend the Condo .
