Welcome to our condo located at Puerto Vallarta's Brisas Del Mar Condominiums. Brisas Del Mar is located in the "Zona Romantica" just steps from PV's most famous Los Muertos Beach. Zona Romantica is known for its charming tasty restaurants and night life!

This condo features a 180 degree view of Banderas Bay , Punta Mita, "Old Town" Vallarta and Muelle de Playa Los Muertos (pier).

Accommodations include living area with living, dining and kitchen. A large patio, primary bedroom with bath, guest bath and in unit washer/dryer. Bunk room features 2 queen size beds. All beds are memory foam mattresses.

Amenities include: flat screen cable television in primary and living room, Wi-Fi internet, security safe, washer/dryer and a well outfitted-gourmet kitchen.

Brisas Del Mar offers guests an expansive rooftop deck with pool and incredible views of Puerto Vallarta's famous Old Town, Los Muertos Beach and Banderas Bay. Views that you'll never forget!

Perfect spot in ZR!

Great location just behind Los Muertos beach. A bit steep walking up to the condo from the beach but you’ll be rewarded by the fantastic sea views. Perfect spot for sunset happy hour. Large bedroom with walk in shower. Second bathroom is very handy. Very well appointed with washer/dryer and beach towels included. Large rooftop patio with heated pool. Owners are very responsive. Onsite caretaker is very helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent!

The condo is spectacular in all ways. Ideal location, close to downtown activities, HOA is very attentive and all common spaces are immaculate! Local grocery stores are right around the corner and provide for every need. Accessible through the front entrance by taxi or the back entrance on foot. Those in the know have come to love the stairway to heaven which provides a great opportunity for exercise. Our condo, a perfect size, not too big, not too small, quiet with a full on view of the bay. Great shower, plenty of hot water, first rate kitchen amenities and lots of storage.
