Fabulous penthouse

The condo exceeded expectations - even better in person. The luxury and fabulousness of the condo really made the trip even better. From the art to the views, it felt like being a guest a someone’s chic home. Every detail has been considered. Rent immediately!

Needs Refreshing

I have been going to PV for 11 years and have staying in most of the newer buildings. Had always wanted to stay ay Pier 57 but in high season it’s very expensive. I found the front desk individuals to be preoccupied with their phones. The unit. Itself needs to be refreshed as and cleaned thoroughly.. I found multiple hairs throughout the unit. Toilet paper holder hung very crooked, tabled scratched and with little to no accessories. You can always tell when a unit is designed to just flip every week or when a unit is designed with pride of ownership.
