「The location is the best part of this hotel. The pools and outside spaces, restaurant and beach areas are very well maintained and better than most in PV. The rooms themselves are very very small, rundown and old, that would be my only complaint. The staff is amazing and friendly. Tons of security and cleaning staff! I will stay there again.」

「Hotel limpio y nuevo pero con muchos detalles; el agua caliente de la regadera a veces no calentaba, el staff no resuelve problemas y pide que les des propina en efectivo porque al parecer no se las entregan si es en tarjeta. El café del restaurante siempre sabía quemado, las porciones de alimentos variaban dependiendo del día y me imagino que de los cocineros en turno. La habitación que me tocó tenía una vista terrible a una casa vieja y tendederos de ropa que, si no es problema de ellos, bien...

「Room was clean but no outside view only into hallway. Well located to get to everything. Nice rooftop with good view. Closer to the market and some nice nearby bars with happy hour. Ready access to Malecon. Small pool on roof, additional pool on ground level which was quieter but cooler temperatures」

「Es la primera vez que califico todo como excelente, las habitaciones son muy limpias el colchon muy comodo pero sobre todo el personal es muy amable las 3 personas en recepción siempre estuvieron para aclarar dudas llegamos antes y nos guardaron las maletas, el desayuno me parecio un precio justo por la vista al rio y con un buen sabor, es centrico si bien la calle no es la mejor si es muy tranquilo y a 4 calles de el malecon, hay tiendas cerca y un mercado y el jacuzzi sin costo extra con vista...

「The room at first night was small and there’s serious problem with the shower, the sewer was clogged and water flowed over all over the room all the way to the downstairs, we had to request to change to another room. Swimming pool at rooftop was not well maintained so the water looks not clean. 」
