“Hotel limpio y nuevo pero con muchos detalles; el agua caliente de la regadera a veces no calentaba, el staff no resuelve problemas y pide que les des propina en efectivo porque al parecer no se las entregan si es en tarjeta. El café del restaurante siempre sabía quemado, las porciones de alimentos variaban dependiendo del día y me imagino que de los cocineros en turno. La habitación que me tocó tenía una vista terrible a una casa vieja y tendederos de ropa que, si no es problema de ellos, bien……

“The room at first night was small and there’s serious problem with the shower, the sewer was clogged and water flowed over all over the room all the way to the downstairs, we had to request to change to another room. Swimming pool at rooftop was not well maintained so the water looks not clean. ”
