「We absolutely loved our stay here, it is one of the best hotels I’ve been to. The airline had lost our bags en route and we showed up tired and frustrated from that experience but the hotel staff were so welcoming and kind that we soon snapped out of it. Marilyn in particular was especially helpful in helping us navigate the airline’s lost baggage system and even took it over for us, calling each day and speaking with them (our Italian is terrible).
