“Low season and low occupancy so excellent time to be there. Yapak is good area to be away from the masses and the hotel does its best to put on a fair shuttle service into Station 2. Highly recommend the transport assistance from port or airport offered by the hotel. Food was good but the general area lacks many options but I expect that was down to low season. You soon learn to eat out or use the hotel cafe or tuck shop.”

“The hotel is very nice. There was free tea time at 3 pm which is great! There were also activities like zumba, belly dance which was entertaining.
Our suggestions - Please provide welcome drinks . Most big hotels have. Put Netflix or youtube in your TV settings most hotels have this. Shuttle services should add a bit more. Overall it was a great stay! Thank you.”

“Poor service, the most Lousy hotel i have ever been .
I got one infant and email them earlier
Pls notes a room on first floor
They gave me a room at third floor with very steep stairs
And the room is not the style i paid for, with dulex bigger size doble bed .the front desk service is so poor.
The service is unproffessional
And showering with hot water at comfort room needs time, since the water is not hot just warm.
The towel of Beach bed of the hotel provides is one towel for one person,……
