"Excellent location. Walking distance to major historical sites, on the Freedom Trail. Lots of pubs and restaurants nearby. Housekeeping was spotty. One day they only left one bath towel, and never replaced in room coffee supplies. We had to track down supplies every day (4 night stay). Our room was on the 10th floor and we were still awakened by construction noise before 6 am each day. They give you a voucher for one free drink at the bar, but only one total drink, not one per person. For $500/night I found this to be petty and very poor customer service. I asked for a second voucher so my wife and I could each have a drink and they flat refused. We will look for different accommodations next time. "
