「Luxurious yet comfortable, had pretty much everything you might need for a lovely staycation (could do with a microwave though for warming things up!). Ideally situated for visiting Sussex’s coastal towns and inland City of Chichester and historic town of Arundel. Beach is a pebble beach, and sadly full of seaweed when we visited so we couldn’t get to the water without getting covered in the stuff, but that can’t be helped. Lovely stay overall! 」

"房間空間尚算充足，可打開兩個大型行李箱。不過，浴室排水口嚴重堵塞，向酒店人員反映後，才更換至另一間房。此外，辦理入住的員工態度不夠謹慎，其中一張房卡資訊錯誤，必須再次前往櫃檯更新。房間內有莫名的冰冷感，入住時已特別告知需要開啟暖氣，但其中一間房的暖氣並未開啟，需再次提醒才閞啟總制。櫃檯人員服務態度極差，本次已是第二次入住，基於上次經驗，入住時便先行提醒相關開啟暖氣及浴室排水口事宜，結果仍令人失望，完全沒有確實跟進。退房後發現遺留物品，返回領取時雖順利取回，但飯店人員的誠信實在令人質疑。不推薦入住！另有付費 shuttle bus 方便去 Gatwick Airport"
